Titan Hall of Fame

The Poway High Alumni Association proudly presents the Titan "Hall of Fame." During the school's 50th anniversary celebration, former Principal Scott Fisher highlighted the need to honor our school's history and recognize the achievements of Poway High alumni. The Hall of Fame aims to celebrate graduates who reflect the school's mission and values and have made significant contributions in academics, business, arts, community service, public service, science, or athletics. In 2025, the Titan Hall of Fame started recognizing those who have significantly contributed to Poway High as educators, coaches, staff, volunteers, and supporters.

Nominate A Candidate For The Hall Of Fame

Submission Deadline Is January 31st

Each year we accept nominations for our Titan Hall of Fame. Nominations will be reviewed by a committee and nominees chosen will be inducted. To make a nomination, please use the forms below.

Nomination Process

  • Complete this Nomination Form and submit it to the Alumni Association by the established deadline.

  • Nominations can be made by anyone other than the nominee.

  • Persons may be nominated posthumously.

  • Names of nominees will remain confidential. Only the names of the inductees will be made public.

  • To re-nominate a candidate, please resubmit the Nomination Form or contact us to request the prior nomination be considered.

Alumni Hall of Fame Selection Criteria

  1. Graduated with a high school diploma from Poway High School.

  2. Nominee attended Poway High School for at least two years.

  3. Excelled in one or more of the following areas following graduation from PHS: Academics, Business, Arts, Community Service, Public Service, Science or Athletics.

  4. Nominee achieved as an individual rather than as a member of a group.

  5. Have been graduated from Poway High School for at least ten years.

  6. Conducted their personal and professional lives in a manner consistent with the goals and expectations of the school and the community.

Contributor Hall of Fame Selection Criteria

  1. A Contributor is a person who was a Teacher, Coach, Administrator, Support Staff, or Volunteer at Poway High.

  2. Nominee must have been affiliated with Poway High for at least six years.

  3. Excelled in one or more areas of campus life that benefited the Poway High Community. 

  4. Nominee achieved as an individual rather than as a member of a group.

  5. If an employee, nominee has been retired/separated from Poway High School for at least five years.

  6. Conducted their personal and professional lives in a manner consistent with the goals and expectations of the school and the community.
